HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Really, I have reason to celebrate this happy happy new year. A new chance at a wonderful life with my family. I love these crazy people.

Here's a picture of us at the hospital on Christmas Eve. I'm really ragged looking, just don't look too close. Chad's still a little in la-la land. He said he doesn't remember much of the kids opening presents. He just remembers me picking up the wrapping paper. LOL!! Nice memory huh! I think we'll do an extra special Valentines day for the all of us. After all, we are all here to LOVE each other. One more time: THANK YOU! THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND SUPPORT. ESPECIALLY my very special BFF TANIS. I LOVE YOU GIRL, your prayers are powerful. You really have no idea how powerful they were. As Chad and I talked about it, it hit us just how much you helped us. Chad and I have cried TOGETHER several times just talking about it. EVERYONE was so helpful to us and so supportive. I have made the best freinds online. I love you all.

Have a FABULOUS new year! I can't wait to start creating again and chatting with my friends. I will have so many stories to tell of all the people that are volunteering to help us get our house done, and help our family. We already have dinners lined up for over a week from the generous people from our church. We are overflowing with love and gratitude.

Here is a picture of the night we came home. The kids didn't want to leave their dad's side. They missed him so bad. Chad was so happy, he couldn't quit grinning.

Lindsay, I don't know you, but feel I know you...
I am ashamed to admit that I haven't been keeping up on my blog reading lately so didn't know about your husband not being well....
I can't imagine how hard all of this must of been on you and your children, seeing someone you love sick is the hardest, most emotionally challenging thing I think you can go through....
I send your husband well wishes...
But I send you strength, love and hugs, make sure the people around you take good care of you so that you can take good care of Chad and your family....
this advice comes from alot of experience!
praying for you!
