Here's a CLOCK I made using Unity stamps from the Kit Of The Month stamps. I LOVE the Kit of the Month club. So much goodness for such a great price.

And this is a card I made using the stamp So and So Loves. For the background I used the Linden Branch stamp and the Feel the Joy stamp (both designed by me, yes I just bragged). I'm just so proud to be a Unity Artist and why not brag about it for today only? LOL

I AM IN LOVE!!!

I have been looking around and deciding what kind of puppy I want to get. I want to be sure to get a dog that won't give Carter allergies, is smart, and I can train well. I found it. I found the dog I'm in love with. Do you remember the dog on Fraggle Rock? For some reason that's what I think of when I see these dogs. I WILL HAVE THIS DOG!!!! I just have to put that out there. I can already imagine how much I'll love this new little puppy girl. Hmm, what will I name her?

SERIOUSLY!

I was just talking with Tanis the other day, and we were discussing how we have no idea how we both have so many FOLLOWERS! Seriously, how did that happen so fast?

Well, I appreciate everyone's sweet comments all the time. Sometimes I don't have many projects to share, and have alot of chitter chatter. But you still come and visit. I love it. Not so much the recognition (well, I'm trying to get over needing recognition), but more for the support and friendships. I've made some very great friends through blogging. One of them is Tanis. She's one of my most treasured friends now.

SO, that being said, you may want to watch for some "thank you" blog candy. Hmmm.... maybe it'll be a super good blog candy that's from me and "a great friend of mine":). I don't know......... you might want to keep checking back. Maybe real soon, like within a week!

Maybe, just maybe, you might want to go to Unity Stamp Co. and see what you LOVE there. What you really want but just haven't bought yet!

My spider monkey!

Kaiden's at his dad's this weekend, and they decided to take him ROCK CLIMBING! Yes, it scares me, but I know he's safe. They have all the safety gear and make sure it's safe, so I say GO FOR IT! So Angie, his step-mom called me and says "check your email!" And there was this cool picture of Kaiden. She called him a spider monkey. And he is definitely a spider monkey. He has talent coming out every pore. Yes, I sound like a conceited mother, but this kid just blows me away. This was his first time! GO KAIDEN!

This is the card I made this week. It also qualifies for the Stamp-It Week over at the Paper Crafts Connection Blog. I used Unity stamps, and did a few different techniques.
I did some background stamping and sponging. I really like how this turned out.

HIP HOP THURSDAY

You know, you hear all these ladies saying "Toot, Toot". Tootin' their horns for being published. Well, each time a stamp gets released that I drew, that's like a little "toot" for me. So TOOT TOOT! If you have a minute, stop and listen to the song on my blog. My friend Eileen's funeral was today, and it was a beautiful tribute to her. Her daughter, Whitney, sang this song. Beautifully and without flaw. The most gorgeous I've ever heard a song sang. Eileen sure did change me for the good. She left a mark on my heart I will never forget.

Happy St. Patricks Day!

I am the luckiest person alive. Well, at least I feel that way.
*I'm so lucky to have such beautiful wonderful kids, and hubby.

*I'm lucky to be healthy, and have a healthy family. I'm lucky to have Chad here and HEALTHY.

*I'm lucky to be able to stay home with my kids.

*I'm lucky to live in such a wonderful neighborhood, where my kids have friends to play with.

*I'm lucky to have such wonderful friends.

*I'm lucky to have wonderful parents. My parents are some of my best friends.

*I'm just lucky.

REALLY, I don't believe in luck. Rather, I'm grateful for all the things I have. But IT IS St. Patricks day, so I had to tie it in somehow.

Just look at how lucky I am. Look at this cute little fart. He fell asleep on the stair. I was cleaning the kitchen, and he just loves to be with me so much that he found the closest place to lie down and drink his bottle (YES, he is indeed too old to have a bottle, shame, shame). Happy St. Patricks Day!

An Etsy Reminder

As I was doing my card this last week. I realized that it made me think of my friend. I don't know if you remember me talking about her. She had pancreatic cancer and has fought it for quite some time now. Well, on Thursday night she passed. She finally gets to be free of all that pain. The family is amazing. They are handling it so well. They have such a great outlook on life and always have. Which is the reason this card reminded me of her. She always enjoyed her journey through this life. No matter what was thrown at her, even the cancer that finally took her life, she always looked at the positive. What a wonderful woman to be friends with. I sure will miss her. She will always be a reminder to me to enjoy my journey no matter what.

I'm going to share my project I did for the Paper Crafts March Challenge. It's to create something with butterflies on it. I've been having fun making these canvas's, and decided to use one again for this project. The background is burlap, and I even stamped the saying on burlap.

I love my little Lizza (Elizza). My little sis brought her over yesterday so I could take some pictures. She is so tiny, and so sweet. I love her so much. She's soft and smells so good. I'm glad we have one more baby in this family that I can love on, so I don't have to have another one. LOL!! I know my sis is looking at my blog a million times, because I can see it on my counter. ha! ha! ha! So I guess I'll post some pictures of her sweet little girl.
