Card Challenge

It's my friend Tanis's "Blogoversary". She's giving away a RAK and part of the deal is to make a card using a card she has made on her blog as inspiration. A couple weeks ago she made a card with the edges of the paper rolled and ribbon tied around it. I've been wanting to make something using this technique. So why not do it for a challenge by her.
